Fondazzjoni Temi Zammit: Project for an intercultural opera adaptation of Schiller’s novel ‘Die Malteser’
The Maltese non-profit organization Fondazzjoni Temi Zammit is looking for Maltese and European partners for a project to be submitted under the Culture Programme, Strand 1.2.1 (deadline: 1st October 2009). The project takes Schiller’s unfinished novel ‘Die Malteser’ as its starting point: the work of the German writer, describing Malta at the time of the Knights as a model for future Europe, will be the source of inspiration for an original and intercultural opera as well as for a series of collateral activities. The project already includes partners from Italy and Bulgaria. The network welcomes any new partner wishing to bring its creative and innovative contribution to the development of the project.

The Institute for Music and Art of Molise
The Institute for Music and Art of Molise, was born September 24th 2008, in Larino (Campobasso,Italy). Founders of the idea and the project are Cav. Gaetano Venditti, Bank manager, and M ° Roberto Di Carlo, Musician. The Institute developed two departments bearing the High School Musical Training, directed by M°Di Carlo, and professional training, with directed by Dr. Cinzia Pomponio. The Institute is a Centre of Certificate, Professional and regional Training , soon European Training Center. Take the important partnerships with the University of Molise, with the Conservatory of Music "L. Perosi " of Campobasso, with the international agency of entertainment "AGORA" (which includes among the activities carried out in the Olympic Games in Turin 2008)and with Ministry of Universities, Education and Research-Generally Direction of Molise.The Institute for Music and Art of Molise will develop many projects under the thrust of creative management, including the new creation of Master in Management and Music Master.
